Binayak Sen gets arrested and then there is a trial and he gets sentenced by the courts for sedition, all for having some papers on his person supporting the maoists and his past irrefutable record is ignored. Right so he had a soft corner for these murderers who threaten to overtake everything, but he did not actively participate!
On the Other hand today we see that a known separatist who has been living off the lands and on pension granted by my country and still has been actively harbouring murderers and challenging India for the past 50 years and has been in the forefront of supporting militants and their well being calls for a prayer in memory of OBL!
Now will the police arrest him for anti India activites at least now? Or is this just a religious ceremony and does not come under seditious activities?
